I believe in the power of slow mouvement, which aims to work deeply into the connective tissues of the body. And I also believe in the power of slow and conscious pranayama and deep breathwork.
My approach encompasses Yin Yoga, Prananyma and meditation.
I started my career as a ballet dancer, after an bad injury I decided to turn to Yoga and Yin Yoga in particular.
Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice.
It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.

Pranayama and breathwork are an art and a science. Pranayama is an ancient breath technique that originates from yogic practices in India. It involves controlling your breath in different styles and lengths. My approach combines the ancient technique and recent evidence-based findings.
Pranayama
In the yogic context, meditation, or dhyana, is defined more specifically as a state of pure consciousness. It is the seventh stage, or limb, of the yogic path and follows dharana, the art of concentration.
